Our response to COVID-19

The health and safety of our community is our biggest priority. In order to slow down the spread of COVID-19, here are the steps we have taken:

In line with government regulations to limit the spread of COVID-19, our store is operating at a limited capacity.

Our team currently processing online orders, work in alternate shifts to practice social distancing guidelines. We have taken extra precautionary and sanitary measures by rigorously disinfecting all workstations and introducing the compulsory wearing of gloves at all times.

Orders placed online are typically fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. Please note, however, that our shipping carriers are experiencing a high increase in volume and there may be longer delivery delays than usual. Any updates and revised delivery times will be reflected on your tracking number once your order has left our store. 

We accept returns and exchanges of full priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery, when merchandise is in new condition: Unused / unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, original packaging intact.

When returning merchandise, items should be returned in the condition which they were received. All merchandise damaged, worn or used are not applicable for refund or exchange.

The health and safety of our team is our highest priority, we've implemented all the recommended sanitary measures to ensure an optimal shopping experience.

- Reduced store capacity: we limit the number of people shopping in-store according to the store’s size.

- Social distance markers: markers placed on the floor and our teams will help you follow the safety distance of 2 metres.

- Sanitizing stations: hand sanitizer is at your disposal and mandatory as soon as you enter the store.

- Sanitized products: products that have been tried on or returned are steamed and placed aside for a few hours after each use.

- Masks: face masks are mandatory for customers and staff members in all of our stores.

- Stylists: due to hygiene measures, stylist and barber appointments are currently unavailable.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of full priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery, when merchandise is in new condition: Unused / unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, original packaging intact.

When returning merchandise, items should be returned in the condition which they were received. All merchandise damaged, worn or used are not applicable for refund or exchange.

Return Authorization Process:

To begin the return/exchange process, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Have your order information ready. We will respond within a timely manner to provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Once you receive your RA#, please safely repackage the items(s) to be returned/exchanged, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.

As we offer free shipping to you, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for return shipping charges. Packages returned to us must include a tracking number and insurance.

Returns on Sale Items:

1. From 0 to 19.99% OFF, returns are accepted, refunds issued in original payment method.

2. From 20% to 29.99% OFF, returns are accepted, refunds issued by Credit Note only (in-store and online)

3. From 30% OFF and above, items are Final Sale (no refund)

* sunglasses, hats and intimate apparel are final sale.

Defective Products:

When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, please contact us, and we will create an RA# for the item(s), refund of the purchase price, and provide a return shipping label to you.

All refunds are issued in original payment method.

We aim to process a refund within 2-3 days of receiving your return shipment. You will receive an e-mail indicating we have received and processed your return shipment (please allow up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to credit your account). 


You can consult style-specific sizing information on the product page of each item. If you wish to get more information about our sizing, or are unsure which size to pick, our Member Services team is available online to help you!

Occasionally we will provide coupon codes with special offers and discounts. These can be found in emails, on social media, or at promotional events. Discount codes can be entered at Checkout - just look for the “Enter Coupon Code” box on the right hand side.

Discount and promo codes are not valid on sale items, collaborations, third party items, and grooming products unless specified in the terms and conditions. Coupon codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment.

Orders & Shipping

MENS ships to all American and Canadian addresses.

We ship orders within Canada and the United States. For International clients, please contact our online team for details. Orders will be shipped by UPS (or Canada Post for small Canadian orders). All orders are fully insured.

MENS is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for Canadian and United States orders on all orders of $100 or more for Canada and $150 or more for United States. 

Expedited shipping is available at an additional flat rate depending on the shipping option used for Canadian orders. Expedited shipping costs for United States orders are calculated automatically by UPS at checkout.
We also do offer in-store pickup for free.

Canada: No Custom or duties for any province across Canada.

USA: Custom & Duties will be applied and calculated at checkout by UPS on all orders OVER $800 USD.

Orders will be processed within 24-72 business hours of initial payment. Orders are processed by menscollection.ca during opening hours from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm eastern time, excluding legal holidays.

Once merchandise has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with all information, including applicable tracking numbers. We are unable to cancel an order once the item(s) have been shipped.

What fun would online shopping be without anticipating your package? We’ll keep you updated via email while we complete your order, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

All hope is not lost! Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbours, looking in your backyard and calling your local post office to see if they’re holding the package for you.

Please allow one full business day after the package is marked as delivered before contacting the shipping provider or our customer service team about the whereabouts of your package.
