Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 10 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be in new condition: Unused / unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and original packaging intact.
When returning merchandise, items should be returned in the condition which they were received. All merchandise damaged, worn or used are not applicable for refund or exchange.
Return Authorization Process:
To begin the return/exchange process, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Have your order information ready. We will respond within a timely manner to provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Once you receive your RA#, please safely repackage the items(s) to be returned/exchanged, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package. Our team will provide the return shipping address.
As we offer free shipping on the original order, it is the customers responsibility for return shipping charges (and for USA orders, any duties/taxes on return shipments). Packages returned to us must include a tracking number and insurance.
Refunds:
All refunds are issued in the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 2-3 days of receiving your return shipment. You will receive an e-mail indicating we have received and processed your return shipment (please allow up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to credit your account).
Returns on Sale Items:

1. Under 40% OFF, returns and exchanges are accepted, refunds issued in the original payment method.
2. From 40% OFF and above, items are Final Sale (no refunds or exchanges)
* sunglasses, hats and intimate apparel are final sale.
